for Membership
A lot of you
have already signed up for a Basic (everything except
daily forecasts) Membership, but have decided to upgrade
to Premium (everything PLUS daily forecasts) Member.
In order to successfully, smoothly do this, delete your
old user name and password in your Basic account, and
create a NEW USER NAME. A NEW PASSWORD will be generated
and emailed to you for your new Premium upgrade.
If you have problems logging into the site, please
include your name and user name with a detailed
description of your specific issue – or delete your
current user name and password and start over. Anytime
you create a new account, you cannot duplicate a user
name and/or password for security reasons.
In all correspondence to
us, please indicate whether you are a Basic or Premium
member. ALL registered member, Basic or Premium,
automatically receive passwords by email. If you not see
your password, check your junk mail, and make sure that
you successfully filled out your membership application.
PayPal generates your password. We do not.
We strongly suggest that you keep a record of your user
name and password.
